What makes a good leader?

The world has various standards for who a leader should be, how they should act, what they should do, and how they should command respect but being a good leader may at times mean different things. Some of these things are as follows.
A good leader is someone who has a vision. The leader does not have to have experience. All a leader needs to have is optimism and faith in their vision to the capacity of convincing others in believing in that vision.
Another angle to the definition of a good leader is someone who makes the right decisions 8 out of 10 times. Someone who knows to choose wisely most of the time and puts his or her followers first. No one is perfect hence, 8 out of 10 times.

A follower that is too good, commands the respect of a leader. A loyal, diligent and trustworthy follower commands the respect of other followers and makes their faith in the leader grow even more. A follower that is always there when others are not, to give advice and feedback on the actions of a leader. The follower him/herself is an example of a leader in their capacity.
Lastly, a leader is someone who is a responsible problem-solver. If you have a problem and you run from it or push it to others then you might start working on it because that is not what a leader does.
We are all made by God to be leaders wherever we are and in whatever capacity. No matter where you are today, have the mindset of a leader and work towards being good at it.
Start now! I hope this helps.
Thank you💞
