LEAVE THE PAST AND LIVE THE MOMENT

If you want to change your life, you are going to have to do things differently. If you desire change, you have to step outside your comfort zone.

All personal breakthroughs begin with a change of beliefs. So how do we achieve this? The most effective way is to get your brain to associate massive pain with the old belief. You must feel it deep in your gut that this belief has not only caused you pain in the past but is causing you pain in the present and will ultimately cause you more pain in the future. After this, you must then associate tremendous pleasure with the idea of adopting and empowering a new belief.

In order to transform your life, you will experience discomfort and pain. Change can be a painful process, but the rewards of going through the change are priceless.

LIVING IN THE NOW

Most of the time, we spend a lot of time and energy thinking about our past or what might happen in the future that we forget to live in the present moment. Reading a good inspirational book will solve this problem immediately. Living in the past won’t change anything. Life is in the present moment. Make every moment count.

Only people who care about you will influence you to avoid feeling powerless or like a victim. You need to get up and get to work to make your dreams a reality.
